4. What does the E-learning course involve?
The E-learning course includes interactive modules, demonstration videos and short quizzes. Yes. A designated organisation team contact (e.g. manager or admin) can be set up as a Group Manager to monitor enrolment and completion progress within your organisation. Once you have registered your organisation, you will be issued with a group manager user guide. If the Group Manager of the organisation account needs to be reassigned, please contact Kidsafe NSW directly via email at schn-kidsafe@health.nsw.gov.au.
7. Is this E-learning course a complete replacement for practical, in-person training?
The E-learning course is an alternative option for those who do not require in-depth, hands-on training – as available in our other nationally-recognised and professional development courses – or who are seeking flexible learning options due to time constraints that make attending in-person courses challenging.
Users can complete the E-learning course in their own time, at their own pace, but it does not provide the practical hands-on experience or the conversational support that in-person training provides. Users also do not receive any form of accreditation or statement of attainment, only a statement of completion.
