The Group Manager will be provided with a Group Manager User Guide with instructions on how to set-up multiple users.

It takes approximately 2 hours to complete and is self-paced, so users can complete it over multiple sessions if needed.

It is designed to provide the latest child car restraint legislation, information and best practice guidelines, ensuring a practical and thorough understanding of safe and correct transport of children. Upon successful completion users will receive a Statement of Completion.
6. Can we track who has completed the E-Learning Course?
Yes. A designated organisation team contact (e.g. manager or administrator) can be set up as a Group Manager to monitor enrolment and completion progress within your organisation. Once you have registered your organisation, you will be issued with a Group Manager User Guide. If the Group Manager of the organisation account needs to be reassigned, please contact Kidsafe NSW directly via email at schn-kidsafe@health.nsw.gov.au.
7. Does the E-Learning Course replace practical, in-person training?
The E-Learning course is an alternative option for those who do not require in-depth, hands-on training or who are seeking flexible learning options due to time constraints that make attending in-person courses challenging.
In addition, practical professional development sessions can be arranged in conjunction with this course. Please contact Kidsafe NSW at schn-kidsafe@health.nsw.gov.au for more information.
Some organisations choose to undertake nationally recognised training. Further information can be found here.
8. What support is available if we need help?
